Job Summary

Turbo Tech Engineers is looking for a Back Office Executive to support our sales, operations, documentation, and day-to-day office activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with Excel, emails, customer records, and order-related documentation.

Inventory Responsibilities

Maintain and update daily stock/inventory records.

Track incoming and outgoing products and spare parts.

Check physical stock against system/Excel records.

Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability.

Prepare stock reports and identify low-stock items.

Maintain accurate records of part numbers, quantities, and product details.

Assist with purchase and restocking requirements.

Coordinate with the sales team regarding product availability.

Monitor stock movement and support regular inventory checks.

Requirements

Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of data entry and documentation.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Candidates with experience in automobile, diesel engine parts, machinery, or spare parts will be an advantage.

Freshers with good computer knowledge and communication skills can also apply.
