Bakery Production Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Support daily bakery production including preparation, mixing, baking, and finishing of handcrafted designer cakes, brownies, pastries, cookies and chocolates etc.

Assist senior bakers in executing recipes with accuracy and consistency.

Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards across the production area.

Operate, clean, and maintain bakery equipment under supervision.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of raw materials and finished products.

Contribute to packaging, labelling, and presentation of bakery items for retail and special orders.

Monitor ingredient usage and assist in basic inventory management.

Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and customer requirements.

Participate in training sessions and apply new techniques to enhance product quality.

Demonstrate initiative, discipline, and creativity in supporting bakery operations.

Candidate Profile

Fresh graduate from reputed culinary or hospitality school with specialization in baking/ patisserie.

Passion for baking, creativity, and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment.

Team player with discipline and positive attitude.

Pay

₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
