Chinese Cook / Commis 1 – Oriental Cuisine

We are looking for an experienced Chinese Cook / Commis 1 – Oriental Cuisine for a café in Greater Noida.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing Chinese and Oriental dishes and should be comfortable working independently in a café kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Chinese and Oriental dishes as per standard recipes

Handle wok cooking, noodles, fried rice, starters, sauces and gravies

Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation

Ensure proper food preparation, storage and kitchen hygiene

Manage ingredients efficiently and minimize food wastage

Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and kitchen area

Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations

Candidate Requirements

Prior experience as a Chinese Cook, Oriental Cook, Commis 1 or Commis Chef

Good knowledge of Chinese/Oriental cooking

Experience in wok cooking preferred

Able to work independently and manage orders during busy hours

Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness

Willing to work in Greater Noida

Salary & Benefits

Salary

Up to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
