About the Role

We are looking for motivated Telesales Executives to generate leads and drive sales for Personal Loans and Overdraft facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, understanding their financial needs, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on leads for Personal Loan and Overdraft products

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product features and benefits

Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective pitching and follow-up

Handle customer queries and objections professionally

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Coordinate with the team/manager for lead allocation and status updates

Required Skills

Strong convincing and persuasion skills

Good communication skills in both Hindi and English

Basic percentage calculation skills (for interest rates, EMI, etc.)

Willingness to learn new products, processes, and sales techniques

Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone

Basic computer knowledge (data entry, CRM usage)

Eligibility

Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome

Minimum qualification

12th Pass / Graduate

Prior experience in telesales, loan sales, or BFSI sector will be an added advantage
