Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Generate and qualify leads.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Follow up with interested customers.
Schedule appointments/meetings for the sales team.
Maintain lead and call records.
Achieve daily, weekly & monthly targets.
What We're Looking For
12th Pass or above.
0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Real Estate or Lead Generation.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Fluency in English is required.
Confident and comfortable with outbound calling.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge.
Candidate from Real Estate and BPO industry are preferred
