Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective parents via outbound calls
- Explain school programs, facilities & admission process
- Handle inquiries and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups-Coordinate with branch teams for seamless communication
Eligibility
- Graduate / Postgraduate (any field)
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
