This is a structured career-launch program designed for aspiring developers. You will undergo an intensive, hands-on skill development phase led by industry experts, followed by direct placement assistance and interviews with our network of tech hiring partners. If you are eager to build a career in software development but need the right practical stack and corporate bridge to get hired, this is your starting point.

Key Responsibilities

Participate actively in the company's structured Python development program.

Learn and apply Python programming concepts through practical exercises.

Develop coding skills through assignments and problem-solving activities.

Work on individual and team-based Own & Clients Python projects.

Understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Write clean, readable, and maintainable Python code.

Debug programs and troubleshoot technical issues.

Work with databases and perform basic database operations.

Maintain proper documentation of assigned projects and tasks.

Take feedback from mentors and continuously improve technical skills.

Collaborate with team members during project development.

Follow company coding standards, development practices, and project guidelines.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Python programming.

Basic knowledge of SQL/database concepts is an advantage.

Familiarity with Git/GitHub is an added advantage.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Strong interest in software development and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech / B.E / BCA / MCA / B.Sc Computer Science / IT or equivalent qualification.

Candidates who have completed Python, Python Full Stack, or related technical courses are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility

Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.

Candidates with academic projects or personal Python projects are welcome.
