Executive - Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

Find new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and industry events.

Client Management

Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Sales Execution

Give product presentations, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals.

Team Support

Mentor junior sales team members and help set achievable sales quotas.

Reporting

Track daily metrics, manage the CRM database, and present sales forecasts to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B or corporate sales.

Technical Skills

Strong working knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.

Soft Skills

Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
