Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their jewellery preferences, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a memorable in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalized shopping experience.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewellery.

Demonstrate product features, designs, and benefits with confidence.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately.

Maintain the visual appearance and cleanliness of the showroom.

Assist in inventory management, stock verification, and merchandising.

Address customer queries, concerns, and after-sales service requirements professionally.

Stay updated on product collections, pricing, promotions, and industry trends.

Follow company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

1+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Basic computer and billing software knowledge.

Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
