Available Roles

• Team Leader (TL) - Coordinate and guide team members. - Monitor daily team activities and performance. - Support team members in achieving assigned targets. - Assist in training and development of new members. - Prepare basic performance reports.
• Administrative Management - Handle day-to-day office coordination. - Maintain records and documentation. - Coordinate with different departments. - Manage schedules, communications, and routine administrative activities. - Support smooth office operations.
• Digital Content Creator - Create content for digital platforms. - Assist with social media and online promotions. - Develop basic posters, videos, captions, and other digital materials. - Maintain consistency in company-related digital content. - Support digital marketing activities.
• Business Development Executive - Identify and communicate with potential customers or business opportunities. - Build and maintain professional relationships. - Explain company services and business opportunities. - Follow up with prospects. - Support business-growth activities.
• Business Development Management - Coordinate business-development activities. - Guide team members in achieving business objectives. - Monitor progress and prepare basic reports. - Develop customer and business relationships. - Assist in planning and implementing growth strategies.
• Online Distribution - Coordinate online distribution activities. - Manage product/service information across digital channels. - Communicate with customers and distribution teams. - Track online orders or distribution-related activities. - Support the development of online distribution networks.

Training & Role Allocation Selected candidates will undergo a training period.

The final role and responsibilities will be assigned based on the candidate's performance and suitability during training. Freshers can apply.

Training and role-specific guidance will be provided.
