Bakery CDP

A Bakery CDP is responsible for managing the assigned bakery section and preparing bakery products while maintaining quality, consistency, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Experience

6 - 7 Years

Prepare and bake breads, buns, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other bakery products.

Follow standard recipes, measurements, and preparation methods.

Manage the daily production of the bakery section.

Ensure consistent taste, texture, quality, and presentation.

Prepare and handle dough, fillings, creams, icings, and decorations.

Monitor baking temperatures, timings, and equipment.

Maintain proper food safety and hygiene standards.

Ensure the bakery workstation is clean and organized.

Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.

Follow proper storage and labeling procedures.

Minimize wastage and maintain proper portion control.

Coordinate with the Sous Chef, Executive Chef, and other kitchen sections.

Guide and support Commis Chefs and bakery helpers.

Maintain daily production and stock requirements.

Report equipment problems, shortages, or quality issues to the senior chef.

Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) for ingredient usage.

Assist with developing new bakery products and seasonal items when required.

Pay

₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
