Marketplace & Retail Partnership Executive

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with marketplace and retail partners such as Nykaa Fashion, AJIO, Myntra, Tata CliQ, Broadway, Pick Your Kicks, and other multi-brand stores.

Serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace accounts and partner communications.

Manage product catalog listings, inventory updates, stock replenishment, and product visibility.

Coordinate order processing, returns, exchanges, and operational requirements across platforms.

Monitor sales performance, stock availability, settlements, and marketplace reports.

Analyze marketplace insights and recommend actions to drive revenue growth.

Collaborate with internal teams including merchandising, logistics, and customer support to ensure seamless operations.

Identify opportunities to improve account performance and enhance brand presence across partner channels.

Maintain accurate reports and track key performance metrics.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in marketplace operations, e-commerce, account management, or retail partnerships.

Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands is preferred.

Hands-on experience with platforms such as Nykaa Fashion, AJIO, Myntra, Tata CliQ, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned accounts.
