Job Responsibilities
Provide quality nursing care to patients.
Monitor patient condition, vital signs and treatment progress.
Administer medicines and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during procedures and patient care.
Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
Manage patient admission, discharge and handover procedures.
Follow hospital infection-control and safety protocols.
Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments.
Handle emergency situations efficiently.
Provide proper guidance and support to patients and their attendants.
Requirements
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
Valid nursing registration.
Good communication and patient-handling skills.
Hospital experience preferred.
Responsible, disciplined and compassionate attitude.
