Role Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Intern with a strong interest in content creation and digital marketing to manage and execute content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and our website.

Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar and brainstorm creative content ideas.

Handle end-to-end content creation including posts, reels, videos, blogs, and website content.

Shoot photos/videos with the team and handle basic video editing.

Manage TechShlok's LinkedIn and Instagram presence and support YouTube content.

Execute content strategies to improve organic reach, engagement, and brand visibility.

Track basic social media performance and identify content that performs well.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.

Strong content writing and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing, photography, and social media management.

Creative, proactive, and comfortable with shooting and creating content with the team.

Willingness to learn and take ownership of content execution.

Prior experience in content creation/social media or a portfolio is an added advantage.
