Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage the complete production process of PP Woven Bags, HDPE Bags, and FIBC (Jumbo Bags). The candidate should be able to supervise cutting, printing, stitching, quality inspection, packing, and dispatch while ensuring production targets, quality, and discipline on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

Plan daily production according to customer orders.

Allocate work to cutting, printing, stitching, and packing operators.

Ensure fabric rolls are used efficiently with minimum wastage.

Monitor production output and achieve daily targets.

Check bag dimensions, weight, stitching quality, and print quality.

Coordinate with the stores department for raw material availability.

Maintain production records and machine-wise output.

Ensure machine cleanliness and preventive maintenance coordination.

Train workers and maintain shop-floor discipline.

Coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.

Required Skills

Experience in PP Woven Bag, HDPE Bag, or FIBC manufacturing.

Knowledge of cutting, flexographic printing, and industrial stitching machines.

Ability to reduce fabric wastage and improve productivity.

Basic understanding of quality inspection.

Ability to manage a team of machine operators and helpers.

Experience

2–4 years of relevant experience.

Preference for candidates from PP Woven Bag, FIBC, Cement Bag, Sugar Bag, or Packaging industries.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
