Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales,business development, or hospitality sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.

Generate business through Corporate, Travel Agents, Event Planners, OTAs, and Government sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Negotiate contracts, rates, and business agreements with clients.

Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Banquet, and Operations teams for seamless guest service.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and revenue analysis for management.

Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings.

Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong client relationship management and business development abilities.

Leadership and team management skills.

Result-oriented approach with a focus on revenue generation.

Good understanding of hospitality sales trends and market dynamics.

Software Knowledge Required

Property Management Systems (PMS) such as IDS Next, Opera PMS, Hotelogix, eZee Absolute.

CRM Software for client management and lead tracking.

Channel Manager and OTA Extranet management.

Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Knowledge of revenue management and hotel booking systems will be an added advantage.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
