Design Data Entry Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Design Data Entry Executive to support our Design Department in managing design-related data, documentation, ERP entries, and AutoCAD-related records. The candidate should have good computer skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of AutoCAD and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain design-related data and records.

Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in the ERP System.

Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and design documents.

Prepare and update Excel sheets and reports related to the Design Department.

Coordinate with Design, Production, and other departments for required data.

Assist the Design Team in maintaining and organizing AutoCAD drawings and documents.

Check data accuracy and ensure timely updates in the system.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of design-related information.

Support senior Design Engineers in day-to-day data management activities.

Follow company procedures for data entry, document control, and record management.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of AutoCAD.

Basic knowledge of ERP System and data management.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Good typing and data-entry skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to maintain confidential company information.

Willingness to learn and work with the Design Department.

Qualification

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.

Minimum 6 months of relevant experience preferred.

Candidate Profile

Female candidates only.

Fresher candidates with strong AutoCAD and computer skills may be considered.

Candidates with experience in a machine manufacturing / engineering company will be preferred.

Good discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn are required.

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
