Job Overview

We are looking for an MIS Executive to support day-to-day reporting, data management and documentation activities. This is a suitable opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have good knowledge of MS Excel and are interested in working with data and reports.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

Maintain and update data in Excel and other reporting systems.

Collect and organize data from different departments.

Check data for accuracy and maintain proper records.

Prepare Excel reports as per business requirements.

Assist in tracking performance, sales and operational data.

Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets.

Support the team with data analysis and reporting.

Identify basic data errors and coordinate for corrections.

Maintain proper documentation of reports and records.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Basic knowledge of Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and IF will be an advantage.

Basic understanding of data management and reporting.

Good numerical and analytical skills.

Attention to detail.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.

Freshers with good Excel knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility

Graduate in B.Com / BBA / BCA / B.Sc. / any relevant discipline.

Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.

Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Interest in data, reporting and documentation.

Willingness to learn and work from the Ahmedabad office.
