Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Continental Cuisine

We are looking for a skilled, creative, and passionate Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) specializing in Continental Cuisine to join our culinary team. You will be assisting the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, preparing high-quality Continental dishes (pastas, steaks, roasts, sauces, and salads), and ensuring strict hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Continental dishes according to established recipes and standard plating guidelines.

Supervise Commis chefs and kitchen staff in the Continental section, guiding them in daily food preparation.

Assist with menu planning, daily specials, and stock rotation (FIFO method).

Manage mise-en-place for the Continental station to ensure seamless service during peak hours.

Inspect the freshness, quality, and quantity of ingredients received for the section.

Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen clean-up procedures.

Monitor station inventory and minimize food waste and wastage.
