UPS Field Service Technician – ITI Electrical/Electronics

RR Tech Solutions is hiring a UPS Field Service Technician for our Kolkata team.

We are looking for candidates with ITI qualification in Electrical/Electronics who are interested in field service, UPS systems, troubleshooting and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

UPS installation and commissioning

Preventive maintenance of UPS systems

UPS fault diagnosis and troubleshooting

Battery inspection and maintenance

Electrical testing and basic troubleshooting

Breakdown service and customer-site support

Preparing service reports

Travelling to customer sites as required

Eligibility

ITI qualification is preferred, particularly

ITI – Electrician

ITI – Electronics Mechanic

ITI – Electrical/Electronics-related trades

Experience

0–3 years

Fresh ITI candidates with good technical knowledge and willingness to learn are welcome.

Required Skills

Basic electrical knowledge

Understanding of UPS systems

Basic troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of batteries/electrical equipment

Willingness to work at customer sites

Good communication and reporting skills

Important

ITI candidates will be given preference for this position.

Candidates with practical knowledge of UPS repairing, servicing and troubleshooting will be preferred.

Salary

₹ 15000-20000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
