Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relation Officer (CRO) with 1 to 3 years of experience in the premium watch industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong customer handling abilities, and experience in delivering exceptional customer service to high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Provide product information and assist customers in selecting premium watches.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Coordinate with the sales and service teams for smooth customer experience.

Follow up with customers regarding product delivery, servicing, and feedback.

Maintain customer records and update CRM/customer databases.

Assist in achieving store sales targets through effective customer engagement.

Handle after-sales service coordination and warranty-related queries.

Maintain the brand image and customer service standards of the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline preferred.

1 to 3 years of experience in the premium watch sector.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM software preferred).

Presentable personality and professional attitude.
