Tele Caller Executive

• Outbound Calling – Contact potential customers to promote products or services.
• Inbound Support – Answer queries, provide information, and resolve issues.
• Lead Generation – Identify prospects, qualify leads, and follow up regularly.
• Customer Engagement – Build rapport, maintain professionalism, and ensure satisfaction.
• Record Management – Update CRM systems with call outcomes and customer details.
• Target Achievement – Meet daily/weekly call volume, lead conversion, and sales goals.
• Complaint Handling – Manage objections and resolve customer concerns politely.
• Team Coordination – Collaborate with sales and support teams to improve performance.
• Market Feedback – Collect insights from customers and share with management.

Skills \& Qualifications

• Communication Skills – Clear verbal communication in Hindi/English.
• Listening \& Patience – Ability to handle objections calmly.
• Computer Proficiency – Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and data entry.
• Sales Orientation – Persuasive, resilient, and target‑driven.
• Multilingual Fluency – Advantageous if fluent in regional languages.
