Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller \& Lead Expert to handle incoming leads, make outbound calls, understand customer requirements, generate appointments, and convert enquiries into genuine waterproofing service opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible for following up with leads received through Google, website, social media, WhatsApp, referrals, and other marketing channels and ensuring that no potential customer is missed.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries and leads professionally.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our waterproofing services.
• Understand customer requirements such as
• Terrace/Roof Waterproofing
• Wall Dampness Treatment
• Bathroom/Sunken Slab Waterproofing
• Basement Waterproofing
• Tank Waterproofing
• PU Injection/Nozzle Grouting
• APP/HDPE Membrane Waterproofing
• Other Civil \& Waterproofing Solutions
• Qualify leads based on location, work requirement, area, problem, urgency, and budget.
• Schedule site inspections/engineer visits for qualified leads.
• Follow up regularly with customers until the lead reaches the next stage.
• Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team and Site Engineers for customer visits.
• Share quotations and relevant information with customers as instructed.
• Follow up on quotations and try to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, site visits, quotations, and conversions.
• Reactivate old and pending leads through systematic follow-up.
• Identify high-potential leads and prioritize them accordingly.
• Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, site visits, and conversions.
• Maintain excellent customer communication and professional behaviour.

Lead Management Responsibilities

The candidate should ensure that every lead is properly handled

Lead Received → Customer Called → Requirement Collected → Lead Qualified → Site Visit Scheduled → Site Visit Completed → Quotation Shared → Follow-up → Order Conversion

No genuine lead should be left without a proper follow-up.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate with residential and commercial customers.
• Good telephone etiquette.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM.
• Ability to maintain lead and follow-up records.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work under sales targets.
• Basic understanding of waterproofing/civil construction services will be an advantage.

Experience

Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, customer support, real estate, construction, waterproofing, or a similar industry.

Freshers

Can be considered if they have excellent communication and convincing skills.

Performance/KPI

Performance will be evaluated based on

• Number of calls handled/made
• Lead response time
• Qualified leads generated
• Site visits scheduled
• Follow-up completion rate
• Quotations converted into orders
• Monthly sales contribution
• Customer satisfaction
• Proper CRM/Excel data maintenance

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
