Hiring: Telecaller / HR Executive Salary: ₹20,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to candidates/customers and explain job opportunities or company services. Handle incoming calls and respond to queries professionally. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates. Maintain candidate records and follow up regularly. Assist with basic HR recruitment and onboarding activities. Achieve daily/weekly calling and recruitment targets. Maintain professional communication with candidates and team members. Requirements Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Confident and polite telephone manner. Basic computer knowledge. Good interpersonal and follow-up skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Freshers are welcome.
