Job Location

Agora City Centre, Corporate Building, Near L\&T Circle, Karelibaug, Vadodara, Gujarat.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and develop potential customers.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and other communication channels.
• Prepare and send quotations, offers and follow-up emails.
• Regularly follow up with existing and prospective customers for orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and understand their requirements.
• Coordinate with the production, dispatch and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, purchase orders and customer follow-ups.
• Identify new industries, projects and customers for industrial gases and related products.
• Follow up for pending payments and coordinate with customers when required.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales follow-up reports and update management.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Handle other sales and business development activities assigned by management.

Qualification \& Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email and Excel.
• Experience in industrial products, chemicals, gases, manufacturing or B2B sales will be preferred.
• Candidate should be confident, responsible and capable of independently handling customer follow-ups.
