Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, references, events and field activities.
• Handle enquiries and convert prospects into appointments, demos and sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs/products/services.
• Conduct counselling, presentations and client meetings.
• Develop relationships with schools, preschools, parents, societies and corporate clients.
• Generate B2C \& B2B business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate sales records in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Participate in exhibitions, workshops and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
• Achieve monthly sales, conversion and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Relevant sales / business development experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling ability.
• Basic sales, negotiation and CRM knowledge.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Workspace and mobile applications.
• Target-oriented, energetic and positive attitude.
