Sr. Marketing Executive

Position : Executive - Marketing

Location: Akota, vadodara contact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Metallurgy) or Marketing

• MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)

• 6+ years of experience in B2B/industrial marketing (preferably in CRGO/electrical steel or Transformers or transfomers components industry)

Key Responsibilities

Market Development \& Lead Generation

• Identify and qualify potential customers in the CRGO, Transfomers Radiators, Lamination, Nano crystlite
• Develop lead databases through research, exhibitions, and digital channels.
• Track and convert leads in coordination with the sales team.

Technical Marketing Support

• Create and maintain product presentations, brochures, and datasheets.
• Support the preparation of customer-specific proposals, prequalification documents, and RFP responses.
• Coordinate product trials or sample deliveries with technical departments.

CRM \& Data Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Track customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups through CRM dashboards

Customer \& Event Coordination

• Liaise with existing customers for relationship building and feedback collection.
• Support the planning and execution of trade shows, seminars, customer visits, and plant tours.
• Handle post-event follow-up and documentation.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
