- Manage daily fleet operations and ensure vehicle availability as per requirements.
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal operations teams.
- Track vehicle movement, availability, utilization, and operational status.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, repairs, and documentation.
- Ensure timely allocation and deployment of vehicles.
- Maintain accurate fleet-related records and reports.
- Coordinate for vehicle breakdowns, replacements, and emergency requirements.
- Monitor compliance related to vehicle documents, permits, insurance, and fitness.
- Handle driver/vendor queries and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly fleet performance and utilization reports.
- Ensure vehicles are maintained as per company standards
