- Follow recipes, production processes and SOPs
- Prepare, portion and manage production batches
- Fill, pack, label and date-code ice cream tubs
- Operate and clean ice cream production equipment
- Clean and maintain workstations, utensils and equipment
- Handle stock and ensure ingredients are stored correctly
- Receive and check raw materials and supplies
- Maintain temperature and production records
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen
