Home Loan Field Sales Executive Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore Salary: Rs.18,000 – Rs. 20,000 + Incentives Job ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their residence, office, or property location (customer details will be provided by the company). Explain home loan products and eligibility criteria to customers. Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing. Assist customers in filling out home loan application forms. Submit completed loan files to the office as per bank requirements. Coordinate with customers and banks for any pending or additional documents. Follow up regularly with customers and bank officials to ensure timely loan processing. Update customers regarding loan status, sanction, and disbursement. After loan sanction, visit customers for agreement signing and other required formalities. Coordinate with banks for smooth loan disbursement. Maintain good relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business. Candidate RequirementsMinimum PUC / Degree. Experience in Banking, Home Loans, Insurance, Real Estate, or Field Sales preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply. Ability to travel within Bangalore for customer visits. Basic knowledge of documentation and customer handling.
