📢 Hiring: Telecaller – Telugu Voice Process : NBFC Role: Telecaller / Customer Calling Executive Location: Kothanur & HBR Layout, Bengaluru Language Required: Telugu + Basic English Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates 💼 Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers as part of the NBFC process. Communicate with customers primarily in Telugu . Explain basic information related to the process/services. Handle customer queries politely and professionally. Maintain proper call records and update customer information. Follow the assigned calling targets and process guidelines. 👤 Candidate Requirements : Telugu speaking is mandatory. Basic English communication skills. Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior telecalling/BPO/NBFC experience will be an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in a rotational week-off schedule.
