Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to assigned leads and understand customer requirements.

Explain project details, pricing and offers.

Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into site visits.

Coordinate with the Sales team for site visits and follow-ups.

Achieve daily/weekly call and site-visit targets.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of outbound telesales/presales experience.

Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.

Fluency in English & Tamil.

Target-oriented and comfortable working on weekends.
