Job Overview
We are looking for a Recruitment Executive to support hiring for our International Voice Process and Outbound Sales requirements.
The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and driving candidates through the recruitment process until joining. The ideal candidate should have experience in BPO, international voice, telecalling, customer service, or volume hiring and should be comfortable working with recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates for International Voice and Outbound Sales positions through Naukri, job portals, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on communication skills, experience, shift flexibility, and other hiring criteria.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Assess candidates for English communication, confidence, customer handling ability, sales orientation, and willingness to work night shifts.
Explain job responsibilities, working hours, location, compensation, and other relevant details to candidates.
Schedule candidates for interviews with the concerned team.
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams throughout the interview process.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates to minimise interview drop-offs and no-shows.
Track candidate status from sourcing through selection and joining.
Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining and ensure maximum joining conversion.
Maintain daily and weekly recruitment reports.
Achieve assigned sourcing, interview, selection, and joining targets.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
Participate in job fairs, walk-in drives, recruitment drives, and other hiring activities whenever required.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Ability to handle high-volume recruitment requirements.
Strong follow-up and candidate coordination skills.
Good negotiation and objection handling ability.
Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
