Barista/All Rounder

Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and energetic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be the face of our coffee shop, creating exceptional experiences for our customers by crafting high-quality beverages, delivering friendly service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage & Food Preparation

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to company standards and recipes.

Operate espresso machines, grinders, milk steamers, and other beverage equipment proficiently.

Serve pastries, sandwiches, and other food items following proper food safety guidelines.

Customer Experience

Welcome customers warmly, build rapport, and answer questions about menu items and coffee origins.

Take customer orders accurately and make personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.

Handle customer inquiries or feedback with professionalism, tact, and speed.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Prior experience as a barista or in a customer service/food service environment is a plus, but not required (on-the-job training provided).

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
