Key Responsibilities

Market and promote IT consultants who are available on bench.

Coordinate with US vendors, clients and implementation partners.

Identify relevant IT requirements and match consultants with suitable opportunities.

Submit qualified consultant profiles to open requirements.

Communicate with vendors and clients regarding submissions and requirements.

Negotiate rates and coordinate interview schedules.

Follow up with vendors and clients throughout the placement process.

Maintain consultant and requirement databases.

Build and maintain professional relationships with US vendors and clients.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly placement targets.

Requirements

0–1 year experience in Bench Sales or US IT Staffing preferred.

Freshers with knowledge of US IT Recruitment/Staffing can apply.

Any Bachelor's degree.

Excellent English communication skills.

Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

Comfortable communicating with US clients and vendors.

Target-oriented, self-motivated and result-driven.

Willing to work in a permanent US night shift.
