Junior Video Editor
We are looking for an energetic, creative, and motivated Junior Video Editor cum Cameraman (0–1 year of experience) to support our visual content creation. In this hands-on, dual-capability role, you will assist with basic on-set camera operations, framing, and lighting, as well as handle post-production tasks like editing raw footage into engaging content for digital and social media platforms.
This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career creator eager to sharpen their field and post-production skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Videography & On-Set Operations (Cameraman)
- Camera Setup
- Set up and operate basic mirrorless/DSLR cameras, tripods, wireless microphones, and portable lighting gear.
- Shooting & Framing
- Capture clean, well-framed b-roll, interviews, product shots, and event coverage based on provided shot lists.
- Equipment Maintenance
- Ensure camera batteries are charged, SD cards are cleared, and gear is safely stored and transported for shoots.
Post-Production (Video Editor)
- Footage Management
- Import, log, organize, and back up raw media files systematically.
Video Editing: Cut and assemble raw footage into polished, cohesive videos, including short-form social content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and simple YouTube/promotional videos.
- Basic Audio & Graphics
- Add background music, sound effects, basic text overlays, titles, and captions/subtitles.
- Exporting
- Render and export videos in correct aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) and file formats for various platforms.
Key Requirements & Skills
Experience: 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in videography and video editing (internships, student projects, freelance work, or personal creative projects welcome).
Showreel/Portfolio: A portfolio or link to recent video work demonstrating basic camera work and editing skills (must be submitted with application).
Software Knowledge: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve / CapCut Pro or FCP). Familiarity with After Effects or Photoshop is a plus.

- Fundamental knowledge of camera settings (aperture, shutter speed, ISO, frame rates) and basic audio gear setup.
