Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and execution
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during service
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and quality standards
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety (FSSAI standards in India)
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen helpers
Step in as Head Chef when required
