Position: Data Entry Intern

Overview

KAT Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Intern to support the team with accurate data management and documentation. The role requires strong attention to detail, timely task completion, and the ability to work efficiently in an onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in company databases and spreadsheets.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of records.
• Review data for errors and correct inconsistencies.
• Organize and manage files, documents, and reports.
• Assist in preparing daily/weekly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with team members to collect data as required.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
• Perform any additional administrative or clerical tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle data responsibly.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work full-time on-site.

Eligibility

• Freshers or students pursuing graduation may apply.
• Prior data entry experience is an added advantage.
