Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage service operations \& CSAT targets across the assigned region
• Handle customer queries, complaints \& service delivery
• Manage and monitor ASP teams, dealers, distributors \& service partners
• Conduct regular dealer/customer visits
• Drive team performance, training \& partner development
• Manage dealer defectives \& claim settlements
• Develop service infrastructure in emerging locations
• Monitor CRM/service calls and ensure timely closure
• Conduct ISO \& ASP reviews and implement corrective actions
• Prepare monthly reports and support revenue \& operational targets

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; technical background preferred
• 8+Years of experience in Consumer Durable Service Operations
• Experience in team management \& partner/ASP management
• Strong customer handling and complaint-resolution skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of MS Office \& CRM tools
• Experience in field service / dealer / distributor network management

Up to ₹1,700,000.00 per year
