Job Description

The Senaabhyas Educational Center is looking for a Typist / Computer Operator to assist with day-to-day documentation, student records, academic paperwork, and office computer work.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update school/student records and databases.
• Prepare, type, and format question papers, worksheets, notices, and other academic documents.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare documents using MS Word, MS Excel, and other MS Office applications.
• Manage printing, scanning, photocopying, and document filing.
• Maintain digital and physical records of students and school-related documents.
• Assist teachers and administration with computer-related and documentation work.
• Ensure accuracy and proper formatting of all official and academic documents.
• Perform other computer and office-related tasks as assigned by the management.

Required Skills

• English Typing: Minimum 40 WPM
• Hindi Typing: Minimum 30 WPM
• Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain records systematically
• Good communication and organizational skills

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with previous experience in typing, data entry, school/office documentation, or computer operation will also be considered.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in an educational/school environment.

Salary

₹8,000 – ₹13,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
