Forging Tool Room Incharge – Automotive Industry Location: Doraha, Ludhiana, Punjab Experience: 9–10 Years Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech – Mechanical/Production Responsibilities: - Manage forging tool room operations, manpower, and tool planning. - Handle forging dies, punches, trimming tools, fixtures, and tool maintenance. - Plan tool manufacturing, modification, repair, and preventive maintenance. - Ensure tool accuracy, die life, and timely availability for production. - Coordinate with Forging, Production, Quality, Maintenance \& NPD teams. - Troubleshoot die/tool-related issues and reduce tool failure and downtime. - Maintain tool records, drawings, tool history, and inventory. - Ensure 5S, safety, quality, and productivity in the tool room. - Automotive/auto-component forging experience preferred.
