ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Chartered Accountant to lead and strengthen the Finance \& Accounts function of THM Huade Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd.
The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, MIS, budgeting, working capital, manufacturing costing, internal controls and ERP-based financial processes.
As the company is entering its next phase of growth and plans to work towards corporate listing / IPO readiness in the coming 1–2 years, the candidate will play an important role in developing strong, transparent and scalable financial systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance \& Accounting
- Manage overall Finance \& Accounts operations and ensure timely financial closing.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Oversee General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets and Bank Reconciliation.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital.
Taxation \& Compliance
- Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, TCS and other statutory requirements.
- Handle tax assessments, notices and GST reconciliations.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, consultants and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
MIS \& Financial Analysis
- Prepare and review monthly MIS and management reports.
- Analyse profitability, costs and overall financial performance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Provide financial insights to Management for business decisions.
Manufacturing Finance \& Costing
- Oversee inventory valuation and manufacturing costing.
- Analyse material consumption, production costs and overheads.
- Monitor product profitability and identify cost-control opportunities.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase and Stores for accurate costing.
Working Capital \& ERP
- Monitor receivables, payables and cash-flow position.
- Strengthen working capital management.
- Ensure effective use of ERPNext and accuracy of financial data.
- Improve coordination between Finance and other departments through ERP processes.
Internal Controls \& Audit
- Strengthen financial controls, accounting procedures and approval processes.
- Identify financial risks and implement corrective measures.
- Support internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
Future Growth \& Listing Readiness
- Maintain financial records and processes in an audit-ready and transparent manner.
- Support financial due diligence, corporate restructuring and future IPO/listing requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants and professional advisors.
- Develop scalable finance processes to support the company's growth.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5–8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, Audit and Financial Reporting.
- Good understanding of manufacturing costing, inventory and working capital.
- Strong MS Excel, MIS and ERP skills; ERPNext experience will be an advantage.
- Exposure to due diligence, corporate restructuring or IPO/listing preparation will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, ownership, communication and decision-making skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This is not only an accounting role. We are looking for a CA who can take ownership of the Finance function, strengthen systems and controls, work closely with Management and prepare the organization for its next phase of growth and potential corporate listing.
The ideal candidate should be professionally mature, hands-on, commercially aware and capable of building processes that can support the company's growth over the next several years.
