Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and responsible CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, follow-ups, queries, feedback, and customer data. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with customers and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, social media and other communication channels.
• Make regular customer follow-up calls regarding enquiries, visits, purchases, offers and special occasions.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records accurately.
• Record daily customer interactions, enquiries, follow-ups and outcomes.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely follow-up of customer enquiries and leads.
• Follow up with customers after purchase to maintain long-term relationships.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
• Ensure no customer enquiry or lead remains unattended.
• Maintain customer information with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Support the team in improving customer retention, repeat visits and sales conversions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Management for customer-related activities.
