Data Entry Operator + Tally

Job Summary

We are hiring a Production Data Entry Operator to maintain accurate production records and daily production entries. The candidate must have good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, along with MS Excel and computer operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter daily production data accurately in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Maintain production reports, stock entries, and inventory records.
• Update raw material consumption and finished goods entries.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Coordinate with the Production, Store, and Accounts departments.
• Verify production data and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
• Maintain production registers and digital records.

Required Skills

• Tally ERP/Tally Prime knowledge is Mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, filters, VLOOKUP preferred).
• Good typing speed and computer skills.
• Basic understanding of production and inventory processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification

• Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
• Tally Certification will be an added advantage.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
