Appointment Setter

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls / send messages and emails to prospective leads from provided lists or inbound inquiries
• Clearly explain Bizkro's offerings and generate interest in a follow-up conversation with the sales team
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria before booking an appointment
• Schedule appointments/demos accurately on the sales team's calendar
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
• Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to maximize conversion
• Handle objections professionally and redirect conversations toward a scheduled call
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls made and appointments set
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers and feedback

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills (English required; Hindi is a plus)
• Prior experience in telecalling, tele-sales, or appointment setting preferred but not mandatory — freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with new people daily
• Target-driven mindset with the discipline to work independently from home
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and calling/messaging platforms
• A quiet workspace with a stable internet connection and a working headset
