Accountant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Accountant who can take ownership of daily financial operations while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and process discipline across billing, taxation, and inventory.

This role goes beyond routine accounting — it requires someone who understands business flow, documentation, and financial control.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely updates

Handle TDS compliance including calculation, deduction, and filing

Manage non-GST returns and related statutory requirements

Perform periodic bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

Oversee billing, invoicing, and receivables tracking

Prepare and manage delivery challans and documentation flow

Maintain and reconcile inventory/stock records in coordination with operations

Ensure proper documentation for purchases, sales, and logistics

Support internal audits and financial reporting

Identify gaps and improve accounting and control processes

Ideal Candidate Profile

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification

Hands-on experience in accounting roles

Strong working knowledge of TDS, compliance, and accounting fundamentals

Experience in billing, inventory management, and reconciliation processes

Proficiency in Busy accounting software + MS Excel

High attention to detail and ownership mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing business environment
