Client Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients to act as a trusted advisor.

Client Onboarding & Support

Guide new clients through the onboarding process, address daily inquiries, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for client feedback, concerns, or complaints, coordinating with internal teams to provide swift solutions.

Retention & Upselling

Identify account growth opportunities, suggest relevant products or service upgrades, and drive key renewals.

Performance Tracking

Monitor client account health, collect feedback, and conduct regular check-ins or review meetings.

Reporting & CRM

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and feedback in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

Experience

Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, customer success, or business development.

Communication Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.

Interpersonal Skills

Outstanding negotiation, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and standard office software.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
