Sales Executive- logistic/freight forwarding

Job Summary

Speedair Freight Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining our logistics and freight forwarding services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and identify potential customers.

Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Promote and explain the company's logistics and freight forwarding services.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable service solutions.

Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into business.

Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.

Prepare and maintain records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.

Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.

Follow up with customers for quotations and business requirements.

Maintain regular communication with customers.

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales / Business Development is preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

Good customer handling and follow-up skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
