Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers for daily requirements
Prepare quotations, sales orders & sales-related documents
Maintain and update customer & sales records
Follow up on orders, deliveries & pending payments
Provide back-office support to the sales team
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing
Prepare sales reports and support daily sales activities
Skills Required
Good communication & coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Excel
Strong follow-up & organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Experience in Sales Coordination / Back Office Operations preferred
