Retail Sales Associate – Jewellery

Job Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers and understand their jewellery requirements.

Explain product features, designs, pricing, offers and policies.

Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business/referrals.

Maintain proper jewellery display and showroom standards.

Follow company SOPs related to customer handling, jewellery security and sales processes.

Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

0–3 years of experience in jewellery/retail sales; freshers can also apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Well-groomed, presentable and customer-focused.

Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Jewellery industry experience will be an added advantage.

Pay

₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
